As an amateur endurance athlete you attempt to put in as much training as possible whilst juggling work, family, study and other commitments that the professional athlete normally does not need to worry about. Therefore the need for you to ensure you are getting the very best out of your limited time available to train is actually more demanding than the issues faced by most sports professionals, who often have such luxury's as the ability to take a few hours sleep after a heavy day time training session.
So many endurance sport participants spend a huge amount of time training in the "grey zone" only to then expect their body to perform optimally during a time trial, race or Sportive event.
Finding out on the day that you have not been training right is gut wrenching. Whilst miles out on the bike are important, its how those miles are used that can a make the difference between a finish inside the top 10 and a finish inside the bottom 10. Most importantly contrary to what the bling selling brain washers will have you believe, the latest most expensive wheels or pedals will not make you win if your whole event preparations have been all wrong.

Endurance performance and nutrition analysis packages (up to 30 tests) start from just £150.00 per module, and go up according to exactly how precise & investigative you want your baseline assessment to be. You are free to undertake as few, or as many modules as you require to meet your individual performance analysis needs, although certain minimums apply if you wish to benefit from our bespoke coaching plans.
Bespoke monthly coaching plans start from £130 per month with many additional options available such as sport specific tests to track physical progress at approximately 9 weekly intervals (minimum 4 month term in all cases). Unlike some "coaches" who you may never meet face to face, with our services there are no silly limits (such as 1 email or phone call per month) to the number of times you can contact us for support and advice during your coaching period.
Our whole approach is about giving you the tools to understand your own body and what it will take for you to train right for the rest of your life. After working with us, never again will you have a need or desire to spend money on "off the shelf" fad training plans, dvds or ultra expensive bling equipment, so the return on your investment will repay itself dozens of times over.
