The Brecon Beacons, Rhondda Valleys and Glyncorrwg trail centre to name just a few, offer some of the best road and mtb cycling terrain in the country. So whether you are visiting the area as a cycling tourist and don't want to get bogged down with route planning, or are planning a long sportive event during this year and want to add some structure to your training, we can help.
In fact most people who do not have local knowledge of the area would struggle to find the best routes off a map, but why try when we can use our local knowledge of the area to bring you some of the best riding you will ever experience.
Rides will be led by fully qualified and insured ride leaders and can be undertaken on road or mtb specific routes all starting from Aberdare (Other start points available at extra cost)

Group led rides (MTB or road - maximum 10 riders per group)
Fancy a day of great riding without having to worry about planning a route for your group, then book with us and all you will need to worry about is bringing your bike, a helmet, something to drink and eat drink, along with the usual puncture kit and any other tools you may choose to carry.
Routes can be individually tailored to the riding abilities of your group and range from 25 mile steady cruises along quiet county roads and cycle paths, to 80 mile structured training rides incorporating some killer climbs that make the view at the top (on a clear weather day) more than worth the effort.
Charges vary from £45 to £95 per group depending on distance chosen and whether your group can ride during the week days or at the weekend (peak demand).

Group training rides (MTB or road - maximum 5 riders per group)
Are you entered into a major cycling event such as your first 200km sportive, or Iron Man Triathlon and worried you are not making the required progress with your training given the many other demands on your time which eat into your ability to train? If so then our new group training rides could be just for you need.
Operating over 6 weeks starting towards the end of April (sooner if places get booked up early), these will be based on 2 structured training rides per week, one on a Tuesday evening 6pm - 8pm and the other on a Saturday morning 9am - 12pm. Each ride will be fully planned and coached to ensure maximum progress in minimal possible time.
Do not let yourself be one of these riders who attempts to fit in 200 miles per week of riding in the "stagnant zone" when our 2 sessions per week will ensure you gain both the strength and fitness required to get the maximum enjoyment out of your chosen event.
Prices start from just £120 per person or for £175.00 per person you can benefit from a bike set up, pedalling efficiency analysis test prior to attending your first group ride (please see the importance of pedalling efficiency for further information
Full payment will be required at the time of booking to ensure your place as demand is likely to be very high for this service.
Individual event specific coaching rides
Standard charge of £25.00 per hour but discounts apply to block sessions booked and paid for in advance. (see below)
Prices start from just £180.00 when you book and pay for 10 hours of one to one coaching rides.
Special April 2012 offer - Book and pay for 10 hours and get a complementary bike set up and pedalling analysis session carried out worth £75.00
